Started experiencing vision issues, have had iritis in the past and needed urgent referral to eye casualty. Went into practice to ask for an urgent appointment, explained potential seriousness, greater by you have to call at 8:30 tomorrow, tried to explain serious implications this could have ignored and told to call back tomorrow went to miu excellent rapid referral to taunton eye casualty.
It is dangerous that reception is triage as could have serious consequences.
Reading previous responses I'm not hopeful this will be taken seriously, so emailing ccg and cqc.
