"Rheumatology"

Feeling disappointed that every time I have a rheumatology appointment it feels like I’m making my symptoms up, I had a review today and cried after I got home, as I left no further on than before and I don’t know what’s next, and it’ll probably take another year to find out as I apparently keep falling through the net and because of this my diagnosis has taken forever and I was misdiagnosed in the beginning.

My joints are constantly sore but as there’s no obvious heat or inflammation on the day things are always being dismissed and I’m left feeling like I’m making it all up. although psa doesn’t always show external inflammation but my rheumatologist doesn’t seem to realise this. My orthopaedic consultant left my hip joints and knee joints in the hands of my rheumatologist she’s yet to mention them or X-ray end them even when I’m sore and it’s been over 6 years since they were touched or imaged. Beginning to think I’m going to be like this forever as no one is taking me serious.
