"RUDE RECEPTION TEAM VERY ARGUMENTATIVE"

I always have issues every time I call this surgery.. The reception term are rude and arrogant and behave like you work for them.. I think they need to understand that actually the patient is the customer. This is a service this GP service is providing. I have called this morning 19/5/2021, to be no1 in the cue for over 36 minutes, my husband called to get through at no.26 I was number 4 at the same time as he was no1.. when we did get through the staff member hung up. The time is now 1.5 hours on and we have just got through to speak to a staff member - the name I have taken but being polite will not advertise the individual with no bed side manner. I after 1.5 hours of waiting now having an argument with a staff member over the fact there maybe an issue with their phone system and the staff member we cut us off.. Wonderful service as always! NOT Personally unless you want your day completely spoiling I would recommend using another doctor. We certainly were not treated with dignity, respect and politeness
