We are just back from our first in a series of Goat Yoga sessions with SET CONNECTS Castle screen Farm and post adoption team. Yes, you read that correctly.... Goat yoga! Wow! It was amazing. We feel invigorated and relaxed. What an innovative activity to promote connection and emotional regulation. Thanks to Bridget, Hannah, Clare and Lyn. Thanks to Castlescreen Farm and all the little Kids! We can't wait to the next session.
