Gave bith to a baby boy. MAU is great and delivery suit took ages to call me but the staff was

very helpful.

After the birth they move me to Ward 206

Staff is miserable. No help what so ever. Very rude and dont care

Im starting my complain

We are grateful to hear that you received the right support throughout labour. However, we are sorry to hear of your individual experience, which I will share on your behalf with the Sister on Ward 206. University Hospital’s Maternity Centre regularly conducts feedback surveys of new mums, which on the whole are very positive. We value these comments, and those expressed via Patient Opinion, as it helps us to maintain and improve the patient experience we are able to provide.
