"Unprofessional and not understanding "

I am extremely upset and angry that this surgery is still running the way it is.

No face to face appointments whereas other surgeries are doing so.

Needed an important letter and paid as it was a private letter needed.

Arranged an appointment and then on the day of appointment the doctor rang and didn't give my brother chance to reply. It cut off after 2 rings.

My brother rings again as he has a brain injury after having 2 surgeries and explains he missed call. The admin staff made him refill a form for another appointment again. Which he needs help in because of his brain injury. Now he has to wait to arrange for an appointment again. This letter is required for the courts and there is no sense of urgency or they have not even tried to understand our situation.

I have been with this surgery for almost 40 years and say that this surgery has gone massively downhill for past few years.

Appointments can not be made when needed as they do not answer phone. When they do answer phone then after questioning it is hard to get appointment.

Going back to calls from doctors. I have personally experienced that doctors call and it only rings 2 bells and then cuts off. They don't wait for someone to answer call. I have rang out of hours doctors on several occasions they do give a person chance to pick phone. It is not cut off quickly like at Healey surgery.

Something needs to be done. I will be contacting PALS service. A disgrace. Really let down what was once a good surgery.
