(as the patient),

I had some severe keloid scarring removed from my ear today (17/5/2021) and my two surgeons/doctors/nurses and the consultant were so lovely, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience - not only did they make me feel so comfortable and were really personable, they did an incredible job doing surgery on my ear and I walked out feeling overjoyed. I know it was only a small surgery but they’ve literally changed my life and they are a credit to the department. Thank you so much to those people.
