My daughter in law phoned the doctor for some medication for her father. He has vascular dementia and has become violent, he lives at home with his wife who is bed bound. My daughter in law asked the doctor for some medication to calm her father down. The doctor left a prescription to be collected at the chemist. When she went to collect the prescription the chemist said the drug prescribed us no longer available. Why did the doctor not know this. My daughter in law tried to phone the doctor had to wait half an hour to get through then told by receptionist to phone back. She waited all afternoon and has still not heard back from the surgery. Terrible see vice as usual
"Terrible experience"
