Booking appointments nowadays is a completely nightmare.. they have just very little to non appointments available and you just can book on the phone and the lien is really busy always.. there are days where even no appointments available even calling since 8 am. It is unbelievable that you cannot book appointments online anymore and they done have at all appointments for things that are emergencies
Been trying book an appointment for a week and my issue is becoming urgent since what it wasnt urgent first day now is because they have an awful system
Please review your system of booking because is unsustainable people have jobs that not always is possible to answer a call
