"I had a very bad fall"

(as a service user),

I fell backwards down a long flight of stairs and hurt myself very badly - hurt my spine and broke some ribs.

Of all the support workers I had from STARS, Lynne was certainly the best. She is a really caring and genuine person.. I will miss her.

And Imogen is a truly exceptional human being. She said she was determined to solve my problems and that's exactly what she did. No matter what job she were to be doing, she would be outstanding. I'm 79 now but if I live to be 179, I'll never forget her.

I will always be very grateful to her. I feel certain that the success of STARS is in large measure due to her. You should try to ensure that you never lose the benefit of her services.

We take great pride in working hard to ensure positive experiences when supporting recovery and rehabilitation at home, including learning about falls prevention. It is rewarding for us all to hear we have got this right with you.
