I thought the queue management today was completely incompetent at one of Lanarkshire's Covid vaccination centres. I was moved from one queue to another for no aparent reason, then left to stand for 10 minutes while people who arrived after me were called forward for the vaccine before I did. (NB - this was people in my same age group and dose, it's not as if they needed to be prioritized in any way).
I have at this point basically sacrificed 14 months of my life to the NHS. I have sacrificed meetings with friends, travel, income, so that the NHS didn't "collapse". The restrictions plunged me into a depression, complete with two suicide attempts. You would imagine the least NHS Lanarkshire could do is to put in place a decent queue management system. But no, seemingly that's too much to ask.
