Tried to get an appointment for my 2 year old was told I would get a call back within the day after a very patronising receptionist asking if it was actually an emergency for the day and not just something silly. My 2 year old had a temperature reaching 41 which is extremely dangerous usual pain relief did not bring it down and over 24 hours later I have still not recieved a call back. This is why the NHS has so many charges as your forced into another service because they can't get the basics right. Absolutely disgusted and appalled.
