I have been registered with the practice for over 30 years, using the services of the practice rarely until about a year ago.

Over the past year, for a number of reasons, my family and I have needed to use the services of the practice more often.

On every occasion, we have been treated by the team with professionalism, courtesy and dignity.

Furthermore, we have had positive encounters with all members of the team such as:

1) the reception team being responsive to all of our administrative related enquiries

2) the pharmacist, who promptly organised repeat blood tests ahead of issuing key medication meaning these was no delay in treatment

3) the practice nurses who have been fantastic with our baby's immunisations

4) the health care assistant who was friendly and courteous when taking blood samples and my blood pressure

5) the GPs, who have never dismissed my concerns as a nervous new parent and have been incredibly supportive and reassuring during every consultation - whether that be in person or over the phone

What makes our experience even more positive is that all of this has taken place against the backdrop of the global pandemic and what is undoubtedly a challenging time for the practice and its team. Although they must be feeling the pressure, it never comes across as such in any of our encounters.
