About: Ebhc Dr D Monkman

Service is extremely poor, I cannot return to university due to the pandemic and I've been told I have to re-register to book an appointment, and now have to wait over three weeks to receive medical attention. The practice does not care about me at all and I have been left to worry about what my symptoms might mean thanks to their appalling lack of care and attention.

I am sorry that you feel unhappy about the service that you received at East Barnet Health Centre. We always strive to give the best possible experience for the patient that we can, even in the current difficult circumstances and restricted ways of working.

I am always happy to speak to patients and try to resolve any problems that they are experiencing but i have not received any contact from you.
