I have had an injury to the neck, and I called the receptionist to make a telephone appointment on the same day. The receptionist didn't even both asking what the cause is but rudely ask me to book the appointment online using an app. the app is useless, doesn't let you enter all symptoms you have. But having done all this I get a test msg saying a doctor will call 3 days later.

Useless! the receptionists needs training on how to handle urgent cases!!!!
