"Outstanding Care"

Our son is coming to the end of his senior school life and preparing to move to college in September.  He's been reviewed today by Dawn & Grainne from the Paediatric Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy Service at Notts Healthcare and they were fantastic.  The assessment was thorough and really helped us to identified what needs he has and what will help in ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support in college. They really listened to his story and tailored their advice, suggestions and ongoing plan, as well as helping us to think about things holistically, and not just about his health needs in isolation. 

We left feeling assured that everything within their gift would be done to support him from their perspective in the next phase of his education and in his transition to young adulthood.
