"Great Care"

Was admitted to A&E here after a head injury. The staff were all lovely. I was treated very quickly despite how busy the department was. I was unaware of the severity of my condition due to having lost consciousness but I had everything explained to me with care and conscientiousness. Everyone from the paramedics, doctors and nurses to the porters were all so friendly, and popped their heads into my room to see how I was despite how busy they were. I could see myself how strained the department was, and in hindsight my case was urgent, but I was blown away by the speed in which I was taken care of. I can’t thank the team enough for how well I was looked after, and am nothing but grateful for the way in which I was treated from the moment I arrived to the moment I left.
