"West Newton Ward."

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

Mike and myself wish to thank A&E,Tilney Ward and finally West Newton Ward where his main stay was. All the Staff on West Newton were always very patient, warm and friendly. Everything was explained in detail and he was looked after extremely well.

I had called 999 eight days previously as he is very prone to Sepsis. He was transported to the QE looking extremely unwell and came home yesterday back to his normal and very chirpy.

Mike and I are very grateful. Thank you. Mike ;) & Anne:)

Thank you Mike and Anne for writing to tell us about the experience Mike recently had in our care. I will be sharing your feedback with colleagues in A&E, Tilney and West Newton Wards as I know that they will appreciate your kind words and to know that Mike is now back to his normal, chirpy self ! I am very pleased to hear that all the staff were patient, warm, friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail. I hope that Mike continues to recover well at home.

Kind regards
