About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / Virtual Visiting Service

(as a carer),

I cannot recommend this service enough. Gillian, Zara, Aoife, Dominik, Tara Based in Craigavon hospital are all amazing people with so much kindness and empathy for the patient and the family. I would rate this service as 5 star. They all have been a lifeline to us. I would like to say a massive thank you to each one of them for everything.

Good morning

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the new Virtual Visiting Service in Southern Health and Social Services Trust. We recognise how difficult it is for families at the minute with the restricted visiting guidelines in place due to Covid 19. This new service has been established to try to support families and patients during this time and your story just lets us see how the important the service is to you and your family.

I have personally shared your lovely comments with all the members of the Virtual Visiting Team, including Gillian, Zara, Aoife, Dominik, and Tara. They are just delighted to receive this feedback.
