Just wanted to pay testimony to the absolutely wonderful care and compassion demonstrated by ALL the staff at the West of Scotland Breast Screening Service in Glasgow.

Over a period of several weeks I underwent several investigations.

The care I received from every single member of staff was exemplary. I was totally on my own due to Covid but they were exceptionally reassuring and kind every step of the way. The communication provided was so well done and at a time of great stress for everyone concerned it made life a lot easier.

Thank you for taking time to share your experience with us. Your kind words mean a lot and will be shared with staff at team meetings. It is always nice to hear of a job well done.

The team at Breast Screening are very aware how hard it is to attend appointments alone when previously a companion would have been invited to attend with you. It is heartening to hear that the additional measures we have in place at this time have ensured you felt cared for and supported at each of your appointments.
