"Leaving people unmedicated and rude reception…"

Requested a repeat prescription 5 days before I was due, as per what they lecture you in a pre-recorded 3 minute message each time you call them. 5 days after I requested I receive a text saying a medication review is needed for a medication I've taken for over a year... Spent 4 days struggling to call them as working full time 9-6 means I barely have time in my day to call them. Eventually called them tonight explaining the situation and the fact that I've now been unmedicated for the past 9 days and been told 'oh call back at 8:30 tommorow morning' which is impossible for me as I'll be mid drive to work at that time. Absolutely shambolic and so unorganized that they could potentially kill people
