"On hold for 2 Hours+ "

I called the GHPH number, When I requested #1 - to speak with a Doctor, the line hung up 3 times without going through.

When I chose #2 to get my test results at least I waited over 2 hours when I was only 3rd in line when I called. I am never calling this service again, as it is entirely a waste of time. Very disappointed.

Our phone lines are open from 08:30am till 6pm.

If you called inside those hours please contact me at the surgery so that I can look into this for you.

Our telephone system works very well so I am saddened to hear this may not have been the case for you.

Please contact me at the surgery and let me find out what happened on this occasion so I can make sure it does not happen again.
