Why is it impossible to book appointments online?

This will help with the unreasonable waiting times on the phone to a receptionist that at best can only book telephone appointments.

Then, if you are lucky to get through, have to wait a whole day because there are no specific slots.

Firstly my apologies for the delay in replying to your message there was a problem with the reply system. As soon as we possibly can we will resume our online bookings, I agree this will help our extremely busy hard working reception team. We have in September installed a new telephone system this has improved our waiting time on the phone considerably, and our patients are now only calling at 8 a.m. if they need an appointment that day, for all other enquiries patients should call after 10 a.m. on booking a telephone appointment with a clinician you will be advised the call will be morning or afternoon, patients who book a face to face appointment will be given a time to come to the practice. We continue to work under extremely difficult conditions and I can assure you doing our very best for our patients.
