I had an appointment with the dermatology department at BGH and saw Dr Kemmett. I have to say that, although I waited over a year for the appointment due to COVID-19 and my skin was very much improved by then, Dr Kemmett was the nicest and most understanding doctor I have ever consulted. He treated me with kindness and respect and I just wished I had been able to see him earlier.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write regarding your experience. It is very important to us as a service to get feedback from our patients either positive or negative so we can give recognition where merited and strive to improve where we have fallen short. I am delighted to hear that your consultation with Dr Kemmett was so positive. I have passed your comments on to him and he was very glad that you felt this way. I do apologise that you had such a long wait to see him due to the backlog we have built up over the pandemic, but we are striving to find strategies to manage our waiting lists as recovery progresses.
