About: University Hospital Monklands / General Surgery (Wards 4 & 7)

(as a service user),

I was recently a patient within ward 7 in Monklands hospital and I can not thank the staff enough for the care I received! The nurses were extremely hard work and nothing was too much trouble! ! As a retired nurse   to see the Ward Sister on the floor working with her staff and participating in patient care, is an amazing sight! Leading by example is the best way to run a team and I can say certainty as a service user that ward 7 is an efficiently run ward with patient care is at the centre of everything! Thank you! !
