The team at ARI were really good. They were polite, friendly and helpful. It was my birthday and they were all so kind. They gave me a wee card and cake and cheered me right up whilst I was waiting for my lumbar puncture. 

Procedures wise there is no complaints. They can only do what they can do with the ongoing pandemic and daily issues I’m sure they face like every other job. Thanks for making me feel comfortable!
