"Amazing Staff "

As a younger patient having never been through a procedure similar to what I was going through I was so emotional and scared to go through this, on the call I had with the staff on ward M2 I was reassured and comforted while I was emotional. I was communicated with brilliantly by the nurses who showed so much compassion towards me and my situation. On the day of my procedure I was looked after so well by every professional I made contact with. I was reassured and treated with so much kindness, respect and dignity. I can’t begin to thank the staff on ward M2 enough! It was the best standard of care I have received in my life, at a time when I definitely needed it, what an amazing group of staff, I genuinely feel like I can’t express how I’m feeling enough towards the nurses and doctors. The best I have ever come into contact with.
