(as the patient),

I went in for my vaccine and the whole place was flawless. The chap in a yellow jacket at the door on 24th April  evening was soo helpful. He helped get me a taxi, let me sit until then. 

I didn’t get his name. He must have been early 30s and a fine local loon. 

Inside the nurse that gave me my jab was very nice. She was a lovely lady.
