(as a service user),

I recently had to attend the ED department after falling and fracturing my arm. I would just like to commend the young nurse in the triage department and the ANP Catriona. They were both so compassionate and tried to sort out pain relief as soon as possible for me. Both also communicated really well. They should both be commended!
