(as a service user),

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the care I received at the accident and emergency department one afternoon mid March.

I was treated for a broken wrist, and was thoroughly impressed by the combination of skill, knowledge, empathetic and care shown to me by the nurse and doctor on duty. The receptionist, porter, and radiologist were similarly professional and caring.
