About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as a service user),

Had a traumatic time in my life which triggered the anxiety so severely.

I can't fault the treatment I've received from the service and from my therapist.

The whole process was amazing and with everything I've learnt from therapy, I'm ready to start enjoying my life again.

Thank you for sharing your experience within the service.

I'm sorry to hear that you went through a traumatic event that left you with anxiety and stopped you enjoying your life as you once had. However, I am pleased to hear that therapy supported you to learn skills and techniques to manage that anxiety. While it always comes from your brain's best intentions, it can sometimes become overwhelming and all consuming, so well done for taking back your control!
