Monklands Home Care Team came out to attend to my elderly mother. The Team were very friendly and supportive but more importantly understanding to our situation and sensitive to my mothers needs. Service was also prompt and efficient. My mother is a very frail and anxious person and was comforted a great deal by the team.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via Care Opinion. I am delighted to hear that the team were able to respond to help keep your mother at home. They take a great pride in providing patient centred care and trying to keep patients comfortable and safe in their own homes so that they don't need to spend any unnecessary time in hospital if its at all possible.
