Dear sboyl

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback about your experience of using the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

It was nice to hear how the staff were able to provide a calm and relaxing environment which helped with your anxiety around your surgery. I understand hospitals can be a daunting place to be at the best of times so I'm thankful the staff were able to help with this.

I'm glad your surgery went well.

I have passed on your comments to all the staff involved in your care and they have asked me to personally thank you for your kind words. It means a lot in this difficult time.

Please stay safe and hope you are recovering well from all the staff here at the NHSGGC

Kind regards

Kevin
