"Pre medical operation consultation."

About: Glenfield Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

About 2 hours before outpatient appointment (Cardiac Surgery Outpatients Clinic D), I received a call to ask if I could attend earlier. I live over 1 hour away. On arrival I had to wait 55 minutes to be seen.

It occurs to me that this consultation could have been held over the phone or even via Zoom or Messenger.

This would benefit both patient and hospital staff who are clearly under much pressure.
