Dr Kundu and Susan were both excellent.

Both were very reassuring. The procedure was over really quickly and I felt minimal pain.

They were very friendly and kind.

My only complaint would be that my initial staff member was very difficult to get hold of. I initially had an appointment with them but the strings of my coils were missing so I had to go for a scan before seeing Dr Kundu. I called and text them over the space of around a month and they never got back to me.

Thank you for your feedback. I will pass this story onto the staff members mentioned. I apologise you had difficulty getting hold of a staff member, however I would suggest if this happened again, you also try calling the clinic.
