"My Service"

I just wanted to congratulate the practice on the fantastic service I received personally. My GP has proactively chased up my brain scan, worked with the Pharmacist to adjust my medication, involving me throughout the process. I have not always been available to take calls but they have followed up until they spoke to me. The Pharmacist too was brilliant, she listened and responded superbly. Thank you, I feel supported, my condition is managed, I know what to do going forward and most importantly I can get on with my life!
