About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / COVID vaccination programme

(as a service user),

It was so well organised and manned. We queued for a short time before giving our details to register, then quested a little time more before going straight to the vaccinator who confirmed our details and other information.

We were asked to sit for 15mins before leaving. Altogether a very pleasant experience with very approachable, helpful and friendly volunteers/staff/nurses
