(as a service user),

I don’t normally correspond on service good or bad but on this occasion I would like to record the professionalism and care that I received on my visit to Stirling Hospital Dermatology department.

When I attended my appointment I was seen first by Fiona who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She check various skin blemishes and then managed to get me a biopsy during the same visit. I then met David and Angela who immediately put me at ease with interesting conversation and a clear explanation of the procedure.

All in all I was extremely happy with the treatment I received.

Everything healed perfectly, no pain after the anaesthetic wore off and the stitches were removed as planned.
