"Rude, unorganised and uncaring"

I’ve been with this practice for as long as it’s been open. I’m lucky to have had food health so not needed them

I’ve had to deal with them recently and I have never ever felt so negative about any thing

The reception staff are unhelpful and one is quite condescending

The main owner doctors are good, but generally unavailable, based on the others I have experienced, I’d get more support and help

In the library over the road, one in particular I would refuse to see going forward

One nurse is great. the others aren’t.

You have to take the lead if you want to get anywhere and make sure you keep your own detailed records because they don’t

One external consultant recently rejected a referral based on the detail given and when I explained the situation they worked with me directly and arranged for someone to do a house visit the next day (Saturday) and were shocked at the poor quality of the referral

Another doctor referred by husband to the hospital and gave him medication to deal with the issue until his appointment came through. The hospital took the medication off him immediately as it should not have been prescribed without knowing the cause
