I received therapy via telephone calls with Fiona last year for BED during lockdown and a very stressful time. Although I never met Fiona she has influenced my life in ways I never thought could happen. Her non-judgemental and compassionate approach has given me the opportunity to benefit so greatly from the therapy I received. I continue to work with all of the techniques, methods and advice she worked through with me, I regularly look back over the notes I took to help continue to self manage BED/anxieties etc. It really makes such a difference when a professional speaks to you in a non-judgemental way and gives you that safe space to talk. I work in the NHS myself and I can genuinely say I try to work in a way that reflects Fiona’s approach because she made me feel so valued and respected. Thank you Fiona for everything, I can’t tell you enough how much it helped. Also for anyone who feels Covid has stopped the great service the NHS provides it’s not always the case, this therapy really was the light in a very difficult time.
