My Grandma became unwell over the weekend with a UTI resulting in two unwitnessed falls, where she could not get herself up.  The paramedics had to attend on both days, both Davie and Chris delivered first class care.  My grandma also suffers from dementia and was frightened at the situation, Davie and Chris were so good with her, their friendly banter made her feel more at ease and allowed her to become more relaxed. 

The on call GP, Dr Innes, then attended and was lovely. He quickly assessed my grandma and gave her the required medication.

We can’t thank the NHS enough, and in particular Davie, Chris and Dr Innes.

I am really sorry to read your grandma has been feeling unwell and also to hear she had two falls. This must have been really scary for her. I really hope your grandma is feeling much better.

It's lovely to hear the posisitve feedback given for Davie and Chris. It sounds as though they made a difference when attending to your grandma and it's lovely that their banter made the situation a bit easier to cope with.
