About: South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust / SSE Arena Vaccination Centre

(as a service user),

After vacation I was told to see the 'next lady' she waved me to a seat. I was not told this was an observation area. I was not told I could get up and check out once my time was up. Very Poor communication, I thought I was in a queue, until much later I figured out I could leave at the time stated on my sheet. This was never once stated to me.

Unfortunarely In this time I also observed a staff member clean 10 patient seats with one sterlised wipe. This is cross contamination.

I asked when checking out was there anywhere I could give feedback from my experience of my vaccine. I was just told 'no sorry'.
