Support from the single point of access in Sheffield for mental health and the home treatment team has seemed beyond incompetent. My wife has been deteriorating for weeks and we have found both teams beyond useless. The only thing that worked was an admission to the du at the longley centre. On her last visit she was given a care plan quote clearly stating that she should be referred back there if in crisis. The spa team are refusing to do this and she has gone from not harming herself for 12 years to harming herself multiple times a day
