"Outstanding care "

Took my 12 year old daughter to A&E yesterday with an infected leg abscess. Every single member of staff treated her with such kindness . She suffers with anxiety but with constant reassurance and such a sensitive approach they kept her calm throughout the entire process . She had minor surgery which was actually a really positive experience , fabulous staff. We were in and out of the department within 3.5 hours. I felt fully informed and confident that my daughter was receiving the best care. The hospital
