The helper is teaching the client to do a home shop via her phone. The client was reluctant, having never used the internet, to do online shopping, she is making the orders weekly and they are being delivered. The helper is still helping the client to put in the shop each week but the client is learning slowly. If the client has any problems she rings and the helper rings back every time.
The client misses the opportunity to get out of her house and has only been out three times since March 2020. She thinks this lack of opportunity to leave the house has contributed to her current need for physiotherapy on her legs and her current Anxiety. The client is having counselling to help prepare her to go out and when the Physio can come in she will help get the client ready to go out.
