"Covid vaccination centre Belfast"

I just want to say a huge well done to everyone involved with the Regional Vaccination Centre at the SSE Arena in Belfast. 

From the booking process, through to text reminders for my appointment to the actual vaccination it was faultless. 

The security staff were friendly, down to Earth and knowledgeable. Booking in at the centre was straightforward and quick. Queues were minimal. Check in staff were personable and had an easy way with themselves. Conversation was natural and they were very quick to put nervous ones at peace. 

The medical staff - every last one of them were friendly. Approachable and honest. They answered any questions and put me at ease Re the actual jab. Most surprisingly the nurses were honest when stating I would feel a thing - I didn’t. Not till sometime after but that’s to be expected. The jan itself I nearly doubted they gave it to me I felt nothing. 

For such a huge logistical operation involving many thousands of people in setting it up, running it and getting people like me through in such an easy going and professional manner all I have to say is well done. You have all excelled yourselves and i for one am very grateful.
