19th April 2021. Trying to contact reception of PALS for the last half an hour. Phone goes unanswered. Completely unacceptable.
Also, in contacts, PALS is not listed. In this actual review page as well, it says - please select relevant department. PALS is also a relevant department and I am trying to contact them. So to not have that is ridiculous.
Please do not give reasons of being busy, overwhelmed etc. We as relatives of patients and patients are overwhelmed too and have no choice. To not answer the phone for over 30 minutes is not acceptable. PALS is supposed to be the main contact for patients relatives when it comes to addressing issues and if you cannot have the contact details for this department handy or if you don't lift the phone for over 30 minutes, what kind of message are you giving out!
"PALS or main office Not contactable!"
