Lockdown was a difficult time for me and my family, my drinking lost control, I was being horrible to my partner, my physical and mental health was falling apart. I managed to get some help from mind matters and they suggested I spoke with Inspire. Everyone at Inspire helped me to get where I am right now, I found support every step of the way, the sessions with Nina were extremely helpful, I could really talk to her, she understood the challenges I was going through. I am really grateful for all the support I have had. I am looking forward to attending more groups. I work full time but I have been given the opportunity to attend evening sessions and appointments. I have stopped drinking and my relationships at home have improved, I could have lost everything but thanks to Inspire and Nina I'm back on track.
