About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / COVID vaccination programme

(as a service user),

2nd jab day.  We arrived with wife in wheelchair and  asked to proceed to a separate area where we were attended to immediately. Young volunteer said someone would be with us shortly. Within minutes staff nurse Anne took us under her wing and dealt with our  vaccinations professionally and especially friendly, putting us at ease. We would like to take this opportunity to praise the staff at Southlakes for a very professional but compassionate way in dealing with us during our visit, so rare these day
