About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / COVID vaccination programme

(as a service user),

My appointment was at the Craigavon Centre Northern Ireland.

The process was well organised, efficient and smooth. The staff were efficient, knowledgable, patient and effective in their delivery of information and administration of the vaccine.

I know I still have to be careful and that having an A+ blood group I understand that, if I catch COVID 19, am more likely to need admission to ICU; I have great hopes for the vaccine.

Thank you to all the people behind it’s research & development, production, transportation, storage, delivery and administration; A FIRST CLASS JOB

Dear Inanna, thank you so much for taking the time to provide this feedback on receiving your second COVID vaccine. It is lovely to read your comments about the staff and how you found the process to be so efficient. I will ensure that your comments are shared with vaccination team,and I know they will really appreciate them.

We share your hopes for the vaccine, which will hopefully be help in the fight against COVID 19, but as you say we all still need to be careful
